The goods must be sent back to us in good condition, in their original box with all tags, including any Chiquelle hangtags, attached and well packaged. Important:
-changes in underwear and swimwear are not accepted
-returns on outlet products are not accepted

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. If you lost it, please e-mail us! You must return your items to our address 14 days from the day you received your package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 working days after we receive your return.
