1. SHIPPING INFORMATION
International shipping & Cyprus is carried out by FedEx.
Estimated delivery time is approximately five (5) to fifteen (15) working days after the dispatch date. Delivery times are provided as a guide only.
Shipping within Greece is carried out by ACS Courier. For orders up to €150, a flat shipping rate of €4.50 applies across all regions, including remote areas.
For international orders within the European Union, a flat shipping fee of €15 applies to orders up to €350. Orders over €350 are shipped free of charge.
For international orders outside the European Union, a flat shipping fee of €25 applies to orders up to €350. Orders over €350 are shipped free of charge.
Estimated delivery time within Greece is one (1) to five (5) working days after the dispatch date. Delivery times are provided as a guide only.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which your items are processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Before dispatching your order, we may need to confirm your details. We will do our best to keep any delays to a minimum.
Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way.
2. DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.Our delivery service is carried out by DHL for international shipments and by ACS Courier within Greece. Estimated delivery times are to be used a guide only and commence from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities. We insure each purchase whilst in transit and till the products are delivered to the address you provided us with. Upon delivery of the purchased products, we require your signature, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified another person as recipient of the purchased products, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfer of the responsibility. Please check the package is not damaged before signing.
3. TAX AND CUSTOMS
Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control.
Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities. We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
4. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Cash on Delivery service (only for Greece) is charged 3.50 euros and only for orders up to 300 euros. Orders above 300 euros are only payable online or by deposit in bank account.
