1. SHIPPING INFORMATION
International shipping is carried out by DHL.
Estimated delivery time is approximately five (5) to twenty-five (25) working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are to be used a guide only.
Shipping within Greece is carried out by ACS courier and a flat rate of five (3.5) euros is applied for shipping services with every order.
Cash on Delivery service (only for Greece) is charged 2.00 euros. Estimated delivery time is one (1) working day after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are to be used a guide only.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
2. DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.Our delivery service is carried out by DHL for international shipments and by ACS Courier within Greece. Estimated delivery times are to be used a guide only and commence from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities. We insure each purchase whilst in transit and till the products are delivered to the address you provided us with. Upon delivery of the purchased products, we require your signature, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified another person as recipient of the purchased products, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfer of the responsibility. Please check the package is not damaged before signing.
3. TAX AND CUSTOMS
Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control.
Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities. We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
